Shana Pava, LMSW

“I’m here to listen to your story and bear witness to your strength and struggles. I enjoy helping clients tap into their values as a source of inner wisdom. When we practice using values as a north star, we can begin to move in healing directions. I have a background in working with adults and seniors. I specialize in OCD and co-occurring conditions, and come to this work with lived experience. I integrate compassion, values, and humor alongside evidenced-based practices to provide culturally sensitive care.”

Olivia Fadul, LPCC

“I’ve had the privilege of empowering adolescents and adults in community, behavioral health, and Telehealth settings since 2011 by ‘holding the umbrella’ and walking alongside them as they heal and/or forge new paths. My collaborative approach makes therapy feel welcoming because it underscores identity, accessibility, acceptance, compassion, and cultural responsiveness. Tailored sessions include sensory awareness, flexible pacing, communication supports/preferences, and access needs (e.g., live captions, written materials) to provide dignity and agency for all clients. Strength-Based and Positive Psychology approaches, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma-Informed Care are effective for navigating goals, life transitions, health challenges, depression, anxiety, OCD, grief, trauma, and burnout. I believe in providing responsive care that best addresses clients’ unique trajectory, and I enjoy helping clients find their stride and succeed.”
